Introduction
Throwing a birthday party for a group of kids in the middle of summer can be quite a strenuous task. James was having a party for his son who just turned 8 and they were having around 10 kids over to join in on the fun. He wanted to buy a pool that the kids could enjoy and that the family themselves could make good use of during the rest of the summer. He has a 10 foot inflatable pool since last summer, and was now looking or a bigger one. I figured a 15 foot inflatable pool would be perfect for this occasion, and found the Intex 15 foot by 36 inches Easy Set pool to be very suitable for his needs.

This Easy set pool measures 15 foot across and when it's filled, the depth is 36 inches (or 3 foot). The total water capacity of this pool is close to 2900 gallons. The 30 gauge sidewalls of the pool is made of very durable 3 layer PVC that can withstand a lot of wear. Setup is very easy; just fill the top ring with air, spread out the pool on a level surface and fill the pool with water. Please note that this Intex 15 foot by 36 inches Easy Set Pool does not come with a filter pump, and is therefor best bought as an upgrade or replacement.

The Intex 15 foot by36 Inches Pool is a sturdy pool, built for kids and adults alike to enjoy. Make sure you spread the pool out on a even surface, as it will not fill properly if the ground is not level. Also, make sure you spread out the bottom cloth of the pool to the maximum. Filling up the pool will take a lot of time, so even if the setup itself is fast, it will not be ready to swim in until hours later. The pool also comes with a setup guide on DVD.
This pool comes without a pump, and is therefor most suitable as a replacement pool or for a one time event.

As a replacement pool, you can't beat the Intex 15 foot Easy Set Pool for the price. At the time of writing this the pool is priced at just above $100, and I don't think you'll find any other pool in this size for that kind of money.
